COOLEY
Norman Cooley age 70 of Lowell passed away August 11, 2021 at her home. She was 
born April 13, 1951 in Grand Rapids the daughter of Thadeus and Ernestine (Roth) 
Wigfield. Norma married David Cooley April 1978, in Florida, he preceded her in 
death October 27, 2012.

Surviving Nora are her sons Craig (Melissa) Fosburg of Armorel, Arkansas and 
David (Angela) Cooley of Bay Arkansas. Grandchildren; Ashley Fosburg, Kyleigh 
Walters, Michael Walters, Buck Walters and Emma Cooley. Brother Owen (Molly) 
Wigfield of Saranac. Sister Marie McNeal of New York. Sisters-in-law Lynn 
Wigfield of Saranac and Sandra Hester of Bay Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband David, brother Richard 
Wigfield and brother-in-law Michael McNeal. Funeral services will be Saturday, 
August 16, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Saranac with Pastor Russ 
Simpson officiating Interment South Boston Cemetery. Visitation will be at the 
funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of services. Those wishing may make 
memorial contributions in her name to their local Boy Scouts of America Council.
