Died Wednesday November 1, 2017-age 20 years.
Survived by parents, Charles and Amy (Vitins) Cooper, brother, grandmother, 
aunts, uncle, and cousins.
Preceded in death by grandfather, Janis "John" Vitins and grandparents, Charles 
and Marion Cooper.
