Ionia Sentinel Standard - Friday July 8, 1966

                            VAN ORBURN COPELAND

Van Orburn Copeland, of South Greenfield,MO, died two months ago his family has 
informed Ionia area residents.A former resident and teacher in Ionia County he is 
survived by his wife, Mariam, also a former Ionia County teacher, and daughter 
Candace.

Burial was at the Shiloh Cemetery, where graveside Military rites were held. He 
was a Veteran of World War II serving with the Army Engineers.
