The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Monday, January 13, 1913
Mrs. Jeffrey Corbett died Saturday morning at 4 o’clock at the family home, 
Lafayette street.  Mrs. Corbett had been ill for a year.  She was born in 
England 74 years ago and came to this country 40 years ago when she was 
married to Mr. Corbett at Rochester, New York.  They came to Ionia county to 
make their home in 1876, and have long been highly regarded residents of this 
county.  Funeral from the residence and will be private and the remains will 
be taken to the Wager vault in Highland park to remain until interment in the 
Corbett lot in the spring.
