DOROTHY ANN CORKWELL 1928-2017
Dorothy Ann (Jasilaitis)Corkwell, 98, of Ionia, passed away Saturday, March 11, 
2017.

Dorothy was born Jan. 1, 1928 in Chicago, IL to Joseph and Mary Jasulaitis.

She married Garold (Skip) Corkwell January 28, 1950 in Iowas.

She worked for Mitchell Bentley and it's successors in Accounting for over 20 
years. She then worked for Brown Corporation for 23 years, retiring April 29, 
1994.

Dorothy loved to play Bingo, but her greatest joy were her grandchildren and 
great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents; brother, William; and her husband, Skip of 
43 years.

Surviving are her children, Steve (Cathy) Corkwell of Ionia, Pam (Perry) Hummel 
of Clarksville; stepson, Larry (Suzy) of Nashville, MI; siblings, Bob (Marilyn) 
Jasulaitis of Canada, Louise of Idaho and Gerald of Illinois; grandchildren, 
Angie (Matt) Ross, Nikki (Mike) Bohn, Kevin Corkwell, Kevin (Jennifer) Hummell, 
Jenelle (Justin) Edmonds, Lisa Gurnsey and Becky (Mike) Lewis; and 16 great-
grandchildren.

Per Dorothy's request, cremation has taken place and there will be a private 
family service at a later date.
