Ionia County News, 12 Jan 1922

Short burial services were held Friday afternoon at Highland Park cemetery for 
Miss Hazel Cornell, 22-year-old daughter of Mrs. William Cornell, of Detroit, a 
former resident of this city.  Rev. C.J. Kruse of the M.E. church read a short 
burial service at the grave, the remains of the young lady being taken directly 
from the Grand Trunk train upon the arrival of the funeral party at noon, to 
their last resting place by the side of her father, William Cornell, who was 
killed in the Salem wreck.
