Corwin 31, of 928 Jordan Lake Ave. died unexpectedly Wednesday, morning, July 7, 1976. He was born August 30, 1944 in Mulliken the son of Clarence and Ardith (Sells) Corwin and attended the Grand Ledge schools. He lived in Mulliken until 1962, then moved to Portland and had resided in Lake Odessa since he marriage August 14, 1975 to Judy (Stalter) McDonald in Grand Ledge. Mr. Corwin was a salesman for the Buehler Realty in Hastings and on June 20, 1976 he and his wife purchased the Lake Odessa Greenhouse. He was a member of the Lake Odessa Lions Club and attended the Zion Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, Judy: four sons, Matthew, Michael, Mark and Mason: five step sons, Billy, Bruce, Keith, Darin and Steven McDonald: four sisters, Mrs. Wayne (Joyce) Haigh of Portland: Mrs. Bill (Jean) Mayer of Sunfiedl: Misses Alice and Charlene Corwin of Miulliken: his mother, Mrs. Ardith Corwin of Mulliken: grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Amiel Sells of Stockbridge and a grandmother, Mrs. Kathryn Corwin of Lansing. Funeral services were held Friday at 1:30 at the Pickens-Koop Funeral Chapel. Rev. Randall Metz officiated with burial in Lakeside Cemetery.
