Ionia County Shoppers Guide, 12 Nov 2005

Bertie E. “Huggybear” Cory, 84 of Belding, was called home to heaven on 
Tuesday, November 8, 2005.  Bertie is survived by her children: Nancy Thompson, 
of Belding, Pat and Bud Flashaar, of Greenville, Barb and Stan McMeeken, of 
Greenville, Debra and Paul Thornton, of Cedar Springs, and Carla and Dee 
Burnett, of Belding; 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 3 great great 
grandchildren.  Funeral services were held Friday, November 11 at Johnson-
Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding.  Internment followed at Balcolm Cemetery in 
Ionia.  Memorial Contributions may be given to Metron of Greenville Activities 
Fund.
