KENNETH L. CORYELL 1936-2016
Kenneth L. Coryell, age 79 from Ionia, MI passed away August 18, 2016. He was born
in North Shade Township on Dec. 17, 1936 the son of Clyde and Velma (Wineland)
Coryell.

Ken married Norma Handlon Bussell on September 1966. She passed away in 2007. He 
then married JoEllyn Teegardin on April 24, 2010. Ken had owned and operated Ken
Coryell trucking since 1970. He was a member of Grand Valley Starlight Rider Snowmobile Club
and was an avid Michigan State University fan.

Ken is survived by his wife, JoEllyn Coryell of Ionia,MI; daughters, Kay (Jeff)
Baker of Ionia, MI. Kym Coryell and Willy Farrell of Ionia, MI, and Kelly (Jim) Law of 
Arizona; step-children, Dan Bussell and Sandi Pearce of Ionia, MI. David Bussell of Ionia, 
MI, Deb (Roeding) Lauck of Ohio, Jeff Teegardin of Carson City, MI, Gary (Roxanne) Teegardin 
of Carson City, MI, sister, Evelyn (Dave) Hall of Wisconsin, 4 grandchildren, 16 step-
grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, 11 step-great-grandchildren and several nieces 
and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Norma Handlon Bussell.

Funeral services for Ken will be held at the Lake Funeral Home in Ionia on
Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2016 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Kenneth Harger officiating. Interment at Tuttle
cemetery. 
Family will be receiving visitors at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
Those wishing may make memorial contributions to Berlin Orange Fire Department, ALS
