The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, July 6, 1954
Mrs. Grace Cotton, 88, died Monday morning in Alden where she had moved about 
10 years ago.  She had lived most of her life in West Sebewa and Portland and 
had moved to Alden to be near her son, Ford, who is her only survivor.  
Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning in Alden and burial will be at 
Danby cemetery at 4 p.m.
