Ionia Daily Sentinel – 11 March 1976
Mrs. Anna E. Cottrell, 85, of 744 Root, Belding, died Tuesday.  She was born 
in Deerfield Township, Isabella County, March 23, 1890.  A member of the 
Church of Christ she also was a life member of the Blue Star Mothers and 
belonged to the Victoria Rebekah lodge.  July 3, 1907, she was married to 
Clarence E. Cottrell and he survives as do two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Wright 
of Belding and Mrs. Marion Barry of Auburn, Ky.; two sons, Clifford of Grand 
Haven and Leslie Cottrell of Ionia; 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 
two great- great grandchildren; and sister Mrs. Cora Pierce of Ionia.

Services will be Friday at 1:30 pm at the Huffman funeral home at Belding.  
Rev. Sid Baarda will officiate and interment will be at River Ridge cemetery.  
Visitation at the funeral home is scheduled for Thursday from 7 to 8:30 pm.
