August 1, 1919 MRS. H.A. COULSON DIED IN CHICAGO HOME Several Years of Suffering Ends Last Friday. A Sincere Christian, Leaves Husband and Children Mrs. H. A. Coulson, who has been suffering from tumors for five or six years died last Friday at the home of her brother in Chicago. A few weeks ago she was taken there on a cot in the hope of gaining a better degree of health, but she seemingly had passed beyond all earthly help. Mrs. Coulson was a sincere Christian woman being ever ready to do all she could for every cause for the upbuilding of righteousness. She was converted and joined the United Brethren in Christ here in Lake Odessa several years ago, and since that time has led a devoted life. Her little acts of kindness and service were quietly done and few knew better than the writer her desire to serve. It may well be said "She hath done what she could." She leaves a husband and three children, Charles, Harry and Bertha, to mourn the loss of wife and mother. The funeral was held at the U.B.Church Sunday afternoon. Rev. Zuse, the pastor, preaching, and the church choir sang. Burial was at Lakeside cemetery. CARD OF THANKS We wish to thank the neighbors and friends for their sympathy and assistance during the sickness and burial of our wife and mother. Henry A.
