ELOISE COURTER of Elmdale
Died Sunday, September 15, 2019-age 90
Born July 12, 1929
Graduated Lowell High School. Attended Comptometer training, worked in 
accounting over 30 years at Sears Woodland Mall.
Married James Courter on June 18, 1949 and raised 4 children together. 
Preceded in death by husband James Courter & great granddaughter.
Survived by 4 children, brother Howard Hobbs, 3 sisters, 8 grandchildren, 
several great-grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.
Active member of Elmdale Church of the Nazarene, was Sunday School teacher, 
Treasurer and board member.
Bowled on three leagues, self-taught hobbies of quilting, upholstery, cake 
decorating, knitting & sewing.
Visitation Wednesday,September 18, from 6-8 p.m. at Roth-Gerst chapel, 
N.Hudson, Lowell, MI.
Funeral services Thursday, September 19, at 11 a.m., visitation 1 hour prior.
Reverend Nate Grey officiating, Interment Bowne center Cemetery.
