Funeral services for William Walter Courter, who died Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. at 
his home in Ionia, will be held in the Morris funeral home in Saranac Friday at 
3 p.m. with burial in the Saranac cemetery.

Mr. Courter was born November 17, 13, in Ionia county. He is survived by his 
wife, Gertrude; one son, Ellis William Courter, of Detroit; one sister, Mrs. 
Lillian Morrison, of Saranac; two brothers, Paul Courter of Ionia and Fred 
Courter of Ionia and Florida; and two grandchildren.
