The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, December 6, 2005
Ann Marie Couzzins, age 80, of Hubbardston, passed away, Saturday, December 3, 
2005 at Ingham Regional Medical Center in Lansing.

Funeral services for Ann will be held Monday, December 5 at 11 a.m. at St. 
John the Baptist Catholic Church in Hubbardston with Fr. Charlon Mason 
officiating.  Interment will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.  Visitation 
will be held Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary 
starting at 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Fr. Jim Cusack 
College Fund.

Ann was born February 18, 1925 in Ionia the daughter of Martin and Mary 
(O'Conner) Beahan.  She graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1943 and was 
married to Matthew Couzzins on January 7, 1947 at St. Mary's in Carson City.  
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Hubbardston.

Ann is survived by four daughters, Sue Couzzins of Lansing, Nan (David) Miller 
of Hubbardston, Molly (David) Nelson of Carson City and Margaret Couzzins of 
Lansing, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Also surviving is 
one sister, Irene Couzzins of Lansing.  e was preceded in death by her 
parents, a brother, husband, Matthew on October 4, 1988 and a son, Pat 
Couzzins in 2001.
