Mrs. Perses Covert, beloved wife of George Covert, aged 64 years 4 months and 24
days, passed away at her home in this city Monday morning.  The funeral was held
at her late home on Wednesday morning at 7:30 and the remains were taken to
Stanton for interment.  Mrs. Covert was the mother of five children, only two of
whom are now living.
