Fred A. Cowan, aged 78, living in Ronald, died very suddenly Thursday 
afternoon of heart trouble.  He was sitting in the living room with his son 
Jesse and toppled to the floor without warning.

Mr. Cowan, who has been a resident of Ronald for many years has lived together 
with this two sons Jesse and Claude ever since the death of his wife about 
three years ago.

The funeral service will be held from the home Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock 
fast time.  Burial will take place in Palo cemetery.
