F. Wheeler, 604 North Jackson street, Sunday afternoon. His wife died in 1909 and since that time he had lived with his daughter. Mr. Cox was united in marriage to Sarah Daggart in England in 1862 and came to the United States in 1879. Besides his daughter mentioned he leaves the following children: Thomas and Benjamin Cox, Ionia; Mrs. C. Dow, Detroit; H. Fred Cox, Grand Rapids; Hilda Cox and A. W. Cox, Detroit. Funeral services will be conducted by Dr. Paul L. Stewart at the home of Mrs. Wheeler at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon. Burial will be in Highland Park cemetery. ------------------------------------------ Ionia Sentinel, 24 Aug 1932, page 2 Funeral services for Job Cox, who died Sunday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. D. F. Wheeler, North Jackson street, were conducted from the daughter’s home Tuesday afternoon by Dr. Paul L. Stewart, burial following in the Highland Park cemetery. Thomas Cox, Benjamin Cox, Bert Cox, Fred Cox, Howard Sprague, and Horace Cox, relatives, served as bearers. Those called here to attend the services were Mrs. Anna Dow, Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Cox, G. Pheiffer, Miss Hilda Cox, of Detroit, and Mr. and Mrs. H. F. Cox and Horace Cox and daughter Audrey, of Grand Rapids.
