Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 23 Nov 1951

Mrs. Mary Alice Cox, 85, of Lake Odessa, died at the Eckert Convalescent home 
in Ionia Thursday after a long illness.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Pickens funeral home at 
Lake Odessa.  Burial will be at Lakeside cemetery.

Surviving are two daughters Mrs. Orin Mason of Ionia and Mrs. Herbert Buxton of 
Lake Odessa; two sons, Martin of Lake Odessa, and Francis of Ionia, and eight 
grandchildren.
