Ionia Daily Sentinel, 15 Feb 1906

Francis Coy, a brother of Mrs. Geo. Wyman, was buried here today.  He was an old 
soldier and former resident of this village.  He died at the Soldiers’ Home, 
Grand Rapids, last Saturday.  Funeral services this (Tuesday) afternoon at the 
Baptist church, of which he was a member.  He also belonged to John Megarrah Post 
G.A.R. who were present in s body.  Services by Rev. Fistler, Rev. Robinson 
assisting.  Mr. Coy was in the 82nd year of his age.
