Ionia Sentinel - STD
   LAKE ODESSA - Minnie I. Coykendall, 75, 929 Sixth Avenue, Lake Odessa, died
Monday in Ionia County 
Memoria Hospital.

   She was born June 7, 1909 in Lake Odessa, the daughter of Guy and Ellen Horn
Lapo

   She graduated from Lake Odessa High School and Married Lester Coykendall Dec. 31,
1931 in Lake Odessa.

   She was a member of the Central United Methodist Church of Lake Odessa.

   Survivors include her husband, Lester; one son, Paul of Ionia; one sister Lola
Klingman of Six Lakes; two 
grandchildren; and several nieces and nephew.s

   Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the Koops Funeral Chapel in
Lake Odessa, with the Rev. 
Thurlun Meridith and the Rev. Daryl Hoffman officiating.   

   Burial will be in the Lakeside Cemetery.

   The family will receive friends and relatives today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9
p.m.

   Memorial contributions may be made  to the Central United Methodist Church, the
American Cancer Society 
or the charity of one's choice.
