Mrs. Irene Crandall Dies at Lansing
Mrs. Irene G. Crandall, 55 of 1027 Willoughby Rd. Lansing, passed away Saturday 
afternoon at Lansing General Hospital, where she was hospitalized four days.

A native of Czeckoslovakia, she came to the United States when a small child and 
had been a resident of Lansing for about two years, moving here from Cleveland, 
Ohio, after her marriage to James Crandall Jr.

Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Mrs.Donald (Shirley) Wesner of Cleveland, 
Ohio; 5 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; three sisters, Mrs.Julia Vilm, 
Mrs.Edward Kliment and Mrs. Ann Hornack all of Cleveland, Ohio.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday at 1:30 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with 
burial in Lakeside Cemetery. Rev. Einar Unseth of the Zion Lutheran Church 
officiated.
