Ionia County News, 4 Dec 1952

Funeral service for Morrice Crane, 74, was held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. from the 
Shaw-Rivett Funeral Chapel in Muir, with Rev. George Bolitho of Lyons 
officiating.  Mr. Crane died Thanksgiving Day at St. Petersburg, Fla., where he 
had lived about three years.  He was born at the farm home of his parents, Mr. 
and Mrs. Oscar Crane, south of Lyons.

He leaves one brother, Theron, of Edmore, and one sister, Mrs. Edna Smith, of 
Spokane, Wash.  Burial was in the Lyons Cemetery.
