Ionia Standard, 29 Jul 1910

Aaron Crane died at his home in Berlin township on Saturday, July 23, at age of 
70 years.  The funeral was on Monday, being attended, among many others, by the 
venerable father, John W. Crane, aged 94 years.  On Tuesday morning while sitting 
in a chair at his home, the head of the father was seen to drop forward to the 
breast, and an examination revealed that the spark of his life, too, had gone out.
