Wallace D. Crane of Portland died last Thursday after an illness of several 
months.  He was well known in that vicinity and for many years drove the stage 
from Portland to Muir.  he was a prominent Mason and a member of the Ionia 
Commandery, a delegation from which attended his funeral, which was held Saturday.
