Excerpts from Belding Obituary

DAVID FRANK CRANMER

Died Tuesday, May 12, 2026-age 97 of Belding,MI.
Born June 25, 1938 in Belding, son of Paul & Velma (Case) Cranmer.
Graduated Belding High School, class of 1956.
After school, he proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.
Married to Margaret Rasmussen on August 8, 1959, they enjoyed 66 years of 
marriage.
Dave enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing & playing cards and  spending time with 
family & friends.
Was employed at Leppinks in Belding over 30 years, retiring in 1998.
Was a member of the Belding Church of God for many years.
Survived by his wife, Margaret, his children; mark (Jamie)Cranmer, Paul (Kris) 
Cranmer, grandchildren; Erika (Shaun) darling, Andrew Cranmer, Ashley VanBuren, 
Sasha (A.C.) Grimes, Michael (Shelby) Cranmer, Bryan (Emily) Cranmer, seven 
great-grandchildren, one brother, Wayne Cranmer, and other extended family & 
friends.
A Memorial service will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026 at Johnson-Feuerstein 
Funeral Home, with Pastor Mike Simmons officiating.
Visitation will be from 11am-1pm, prior to the service.
Memorial contributions in memory of David may be directed The B. Foundation.
