Nerman “PeeWee” Crawford, 70, of Belding, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2007, from an 
accident at his home.  He was born Sept. 10, 1937, in Monroe, Tenn., the son of 
Delbert and Ruby McDonald Crawford.  

For many years Peewee worked for the city of Belding at the Department of 
Public Works, retiring in 1994.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and one sister.  He is 
survived by his long-time special friend, Nettie Heminger; his children, Stacy 
and Rick Edwards-Vickery, Janet, Michael and Marsha; and sisters, Carol and 
Leroy Martin and Eleanor Johnson.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place.  A memorial service will 
be 1 p.m. Saturday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding, with Pastor Ken 
Harger officiating.  There will be no visitation.  Memorials may be given to 
the humane Society.
