David Grael Crawford, 78, of Lyons, Michigan passed away January 31, 2014.  
David was born on August 1, 1935 in Bessmer, Michigan to the late Edmund and 
Alice (Chapman) Crawford.  He enjoyed working on cars, fishing, camping, and 
doing puzzles.  He also loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He will be 
greatly missed.

 David was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Sonja Crawford. 
Surviving to cherish his memory are daughters, Cindy Billips, Patty (Dan) Ling, 
Rachel (Matt) Snyder, and Nora (Steve) Gathman; son, Jeff (Teresa) Crawford; 
ten grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brother, Bruce Crawford; and 
sister, Maxine (Art) Freel. 

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Lyons 
Baptist Church, 507 Hunt St., Lyons, MI 48851.  In lieu of flowers, memorial 
contributions may be made to Sparrow Hospice, Sparrow Foundation, 1110 E. 
Michigan Ave. P.O. Box 30480 Lansing, Michigan 48909-7980.

The family is being served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Lansing Chapel.
