Harold E. Creighton, 78, of Grand Rapids, formerly of Portland, died May 7, 
1994.

Mr. Creighton was born in Portland April 30, 1916.  He was a U.S. Army veteran 
of WWII and a member of the Portland American Legion Post #129.  He retired from 
General Motors, Oldsmobile Division in 1977 after 30 years of service.

He is survived by one sister, Helen S. Robinson of Kentwood.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Elmer, in 1985.

Graveside services were held May 10 in West Sebewa Cemetery, with the Rev. 
Davide Struyk of Community Christian Reformed Church in Wyoming officiating.  
Military services were conducted by Portland American Legion Post #129.

Arrangements were made by the Gorsline-Runciman Neller Chapel in Portland.
