LOIS C. CREMEANS 1929-2016
Lois C. Cremeans, 86, of Ionia passed away June 11, 2016. She was born June 26, 1929
in Hubbardston, Michigan the daughter of Henry and Dorothy (Hatfield) Grill.

Lois married Robert Cremeans June 24, 1957. She worked as a Registered Nurse for
many years, later retiring from the State of Michigan Veterans Home. She was a member of

Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church. Lois loved Nature and was an avid Tiger fan.

She is survived by her children, Dennis (Jill) Price of Mississippi, George Price of
Holt, and Sharon (James) Kingsley of Holt; brothers, John (Donna) Grill of Ionia and Martin
Grill of Ionia; grandchildren, Nicole (Dan) Heur of Novi, WIlliam (Sandee) Kingsley of
Dewitt, Christine Ruff of New Orleans and Rebecca (Mark) Lapaglia of Mississippi; 16 great-
grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; many nieces and special friends.

Lois was preceded in death by her husband Robert; daughter Lois C. Price; grandsons
Michael Price and Lawrence Kingsley; and sisters Avis Apps and Dorothy Dolley.

Funeral services for Mrs. Cremeans will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Lincoln
Avenue Baptist Church with Pastor David Iseminger officiating. Interment will be at Tuttle
Cemetery. 

Visitation will be on Monday 6-8 p.m at the Lake Funeral home in Ionia. In Lieu of
flowers memorial contributions can be made to Green Acres of Ionia or Gentiva Hospice of
