Ionia County News, 23 Mar 1933

Mrs. Lucy Butler Cripps was born in Berlin township April 28, 1867, and passed
away very suddenly November 15, at her home.  She had always lived in Berlin
township.  Only two of her immediate family survive, a nephew, Glen Butler, of
Grand Rapids and a brother, Otis Butler, of Oregon.

Funeral services were held at the home Saturday afternoon at 2:30.  Burial was
in the Letts cemetery.
