The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, November 24, 1947
Barton Lynn Croel died shortly after birth at the Ionia County Memorial 
hospital Saturday evening at 7:30 o’clock.  He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. 
Karl Croel.

Besides his parents, he leaves one brother, John, 3; one sister, Alicia, 1˝ 
years and his grandparents.

Prayer services will be conducted Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the 
Boynton funeral home with interment in Tuttle cemetery.  Dr. Paul Stewart will 
officiate.
