The Ionia County News, Thursday, August 14, 1958
Mrs. Florence M. Croft, 73, of 411 Hill Street, Ionia, died Tuesday, August 
5.  She had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Frank Adams, since 1945.  
Born May 9, 1885 in Erie, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Thomas and 
Margaret Maher.  Her husband, Floyd, preceded her in death in 1910.

Surviving are her daughter; nine grandchildren; one brother, Frank Maher of 
Erie, Pennsylvania, and two sisters, Mrs. Fred Matney of Ionia and Mrs. 
William Reiter of Buffalo, New York.

Rosary will be recited Thursday evening, August 7, at 7:00 p.m. at Myers 
Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, August 8, at SS Peter and 
Paul Church at 8:00  a.m.  Burial will be in the Balcom cemetery.
