Greenville Independent, January 15, 1891
Cross Mrs. Sarah J. Died December 28, age 67y. She was a 30 year resident of 
Bushnell twp. Buried in Palo cemetery

Mrs. Sarah J. Cross of West Bushnell died Dec. 28 aged 67. She had been a 
resident of Bushnell over thirty years and was highly respected. The funeral 
services were conducted by Rev. Osborn, at the Hoy school house, and the 
burial was in the Palo cemetery.
