Ionia Daily Sentinel - Thursday, Sept. 5, 1912

William Crossett, an old resident of Hubbardston, died Thursday morning, aged 
86 years. He had been in feeble health for a number of years. Mr. Crossett was 
prominent in Hubbardston in the earlier days of that village conducting a 
mercantile business for years until failing health compelled him to retire. He 
leaves one daughter, Mrs. Ella Whipple of Lansing, his wife having died about a 
year ago. Interment at Hubbardston.
