She was born in Lyons March 29, 1889, the daughter of Austin and Ella Lincoln. Mrs. Crouse was a graduate of Lyons high school and taught in Ionia county rural schools. She was a member of Oakland Avenue Presbyterian church in Pontiac and had been treasurer of the church 13 years. She married Charles Crouse of Birmingham in January, 1912. Mr. Crouse died in 1949. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Clements of Clarkston and Miss Celia Crouse, at home; two grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Edwin Albright Jr., of Muir; three brothers, Russell Lincoln of Wayne, Earl Lincoln of Muir, and Ray Lincoln of Lyons. Funeral services were held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Sparks-Griffin funeral home, Pontiac, with the Rev. H. Stewart officiating. Burial was in Perry Mount park, Pontiac.
