Ionia Sentinel Standard, 25 Aug 1932

Funeral services for Henry H. Crowell, the retired farmer who died Monday
morning at the home of his son-in-law, Harry Knapp, Ionia township, were
conducted there Wednesday afternoon.  Rev. Willard K. Spencer, D.D. conducted
the services and relatives Jerry C. Hayes, H. Glenn Holmes, Harry S. Knapp, Bert
Crowell, George Kuhtz, and Raph Smith served as bearers.  Mr. and Mrs. A.C.
Hayes were in charge of the flowers.

Those from out of tow n to attend the services were Mr. and Mrs. S.L. Rozema,
Mrs. Ella Pratt, Grand Rapids; Misses Cora and Nora Leiter, New York city; Mr.
and Mrs. H.S. Holmes, St. Johns; Mr. and Mrs. Bert Crowell, Pottersville; Mr.
and Mrs. Ernest Gibbs, Dr. and Mrs. Fred Huntley, Lansing and Mrs. Glenn Steele,
St. Johns.
