Mrs. Bertha Culver, aged 52 years, passed away at her home in Danby township, Sunday night, following an illness covering a period of about a year, although she had not been confined to her bed but a short time before her death. Funeral services were held at the residence, Wednesday afternoon, in charge of Rev. J. H. Bancroft. Interment was made in the Lyons cemetery. Previous to her marriage to Mr. Culver, who died seven years ago, Mrs. Culver had been a resident of Lyons. Her maiden name was Bertha Earl and she leaves one brother, Frank Earl, who resides at Lyons. She is also survived by two cousins, Mrs. Alice Henry, of Flint and Mrs. Mary Saulsbury, of Ypsilanti, who attended the funeral.
