Aug. 24, 2018 CHARLES CUNNINGHAM, 70 Charles "Big Charlie" Cunningham, age 70 of Hubbardston was welcomed home into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus on Monday, August 20, 2018. He was born the son of Keith and Mae (Billings) Cunningham in Carson City and they along with two brothers, Bud and Rick Cunningham have preceded him in death. Surviving Charlie is his wife of 47 years, T. Ann Cunningham; sons, Chad (Jennifer"Lisa") Cunningham of Hubbardston; Wade (Jennifer Jeanne) Cunningham of Hubbardston; grandchildren, Nicki Klekotka of Adshley; Michelle (James) Plummer of Mount Clemens; Alicia Cunningham of Mount Clemens; Amanda (Ryan) Hoseth of Kindsbach, Germany; Emiley (Brad) Haan of Clawson; Jacob Cunningham of San Clemente, California; Jeffrey (Kelsey Gould) Klekotka of Rockford; Wyatt Wrubel of Hubbardston; Thomas Cunningham of Hubbardston; Waylon Cunningham of Hubbardston; Sophie Cunningham of Hubbardston; Samantha Fell of Hubbardston; great-grandchildren, Caden, Daniel, Drew, Thea, Samuel, Finley, Nathan, Jordan, Sadie; sisters, Terri Lily of Hubbardston; Patty Cunningham of Hubbardston; brothers, Buck (Sharon) Cunningham of Lake Odessa; Pat (Rose) Cunningham of Carson City; Jack Cunningham of Hubbardston; special cousin, Diane Cunningham of Hubbardston and many nieces and nephews. Never short of ideas, Charlie was someone who could not only think of a way to make something better, he could also figure out a way to build it. He was a very hard worker and a proud union member. He loved riding and caring for his horses and was a member of the Michigan Trail Riders Association. Charlie liked being outdoors and really loved to go camping.He was also a member of the Hubbardston Sons of American Legion #182. Memorial services for Charlie will be on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at the Carson City United Methodist Church beginning at 3:30 p.m with Todd Butler officiating. Private family graveside services will be at Horse Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Hubbardston Sons of American legion. Envelopes will be available at the Church.
