                               LAWRENCE CUNNINGHAM

LYONS - Funeral services for Lawrence Cunningham of Hubbardston were held 
Tuesday at 10 am at St.John the Baptist church in Hubbardston with the Rev. 
Fr.Eugene A.Fox officiating.

Bearers were David Speckin, Keith, Fred, and Thomas Cunningham, William Clark 
and James Barker. Burial was in the church cemetery.

mr.Cunningham died Saturday of injuries received in an automobile accident April 
5 on Francis road about eight miles northwest of capital city airport while en 
route home from work at Oldsmobile. Authorities said he fell asleep.He was the 
fourth of six brothers in the family to be killed in separate accident since 
1949. Fred was killed that year, Jack was drowned that year when his car hit an 
abutment and fell into the river, and Keith was killed in a 1963 accident. 
Gerald of Muskegon and William of Hubbardston are the two surviving brothers.
