Rev. Mark L. Marshall of Lansing, a former pastor here, will conduct the services, being assisted by the Rev. Harry E. Porter of the Presbyterian church of this city. Burial will be made in the family lot at Oak Hill cemetery, by the side of her husband who died six years ago. Mrs. Currier was a pioneer resident of this section and was born in Nelson, Ohio, in 1837, her maiden name being Miss Helen Colton. A daughter, Miss May Currier, survives, other immediate relatives being three nieces: Mrs. Fred Gould of near Orleans, Mrs. Ida Colton, of the city, and Mrs. Fred Tighe of Plymouth and a cousin, J.C. Taylor of the city. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Everts of Detroit, also are relatives. Mr. Currier was a veteran of the Civil war and for many years was a well-known farmer of Ionia County.
