Daily Standard, Tues., May 16, 1894
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Curtis, of Ronald, lost their child - little Lucy - from 
diphtheria this morning.  Mrs. Curtis and the remaining child, are reported as 
past the danger point, and on the road to recovery.  This has been a sad and 
severe experience for this family surely.
