Ionia Sentinel Standard - Friday March 3, 1978

                             GEORGE U.CURTIS

IONIA-Services for George U.Curtis, 91, who died Tuesday were Thursday afternoon 
from the Leddick FuneralHome with Rev. Ronald Dow of First Christian Church 
officiating.

Organist was Mrs.Josephine Barna.

Chapel Masonic services were under the auspices of the Ionia Lodge 36 F&AM with 
Fay Hall, F.E. Colley and Gustav Beyer in Charge.

Committal services were held at the funeral home with later burial in Woodard 
Lake Cemetery.

Honorary bearers were John Haga, Carl Vogt, Tom Beery and Denny Thedford.
