Carl W. Curtis Jr., age 64 of Saranac, passed away June 4, 2015, in Grand
Rapids.  He was born Dec. 25, 1950, in Greenville the son of Carl W. and Ardella
(Losey) Curtis.

Carl is survived by his children, Stacy (Rick) Dashkobitz of Saranac, Amy
(Bruce) Curtis of Saranac; grandchildren, Skyler, Trever, Blake, Emma and
Trysten; one great-granddaughter Amelia; siblings, Joseph (Dorothy) Curtis Sr.
of Grand Rapids, Wayne (Brenda) Thomas of Wyoming, Dolly Moore of Grand Rapids,
John Curtis of Greenville, Mike Curtis of Greenville, Tammy (Greg) Thornton of
Ohio; step-brothers, Richard (Cheryl) Thomas of Grand Rapids and Randy (Glenda)
Thomas of Wayland; and several nieces and nephews and cousins.  He was preceded
in death by his parents.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 8, 1 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in
Saranac.  Visitation will be held two hours prior to service at the funeral home
from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Those wishing may make memorial contributions to the
Sons of American Legion in Saranac.
