Jerry Michael Thomas Cusack, 62, of Ionia, wonderful dad, husband, brother and
uncle, passed away March 22, 2010.  He was born Feb. 9, 1948, in Ionia, the son
of Thomas Frances and Frances Esma (Kebler) Cusack.

Jerry married Sharry Brown June 24, 1972, in Alma.  He attended SS Peter & Paul
and the church in earlier years.  He graduated from Ionia High School in 1966. 
He received his Associate’s degree from Ferris State University.  Jerry attended
Ionia First United Methodist and Easton United Methodist Church.  He co-owned
and operated Cusack Construction Co.  Jerry was a member of the Ionia Hunting
and Fishing Club.  He loved to golf, bowl, play cards and his 1957 Chevy.  Later
in life, he loved to play cards at the Commission on Aging and at Green Acres.

He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Sharry Cusack of Ionia, daughter
Katie Cusack of Potterville; brothers Thomas and Diane Cusack of Ionia, Joe and
Mary Cusack of Texas, and Charlie and Linda Cusack of Ionia; sister Jean
Senninger of Grand Rapids; brother-in-law Fred and Kay Brown of Alma;
sister-in-law Pat Hope of Canadian Lakes; and many special nieces, nephews and
cousins.  Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Easton United Methodist
Church with Pastors Nancy Patera and Larry Brown officiating.  The family will
receive friends and relatives 1 p.m. Thursday until time of service at the
church.  In lieu of flowers you may make memorial contributions to Ionia
Commission on Aging or Green Acres.  Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home in Ionia.
