John P. “Jack” Cusack, 73, of Ionia died Sunday at Ionia Manor.  He was born
Dec. 15, 1915, in St. Johns, the son of George and Elizabeth Hogan Cusack.  He
was graduated from St. John the Baptist High School in Hubbardston in 1934, and
then worked for Fisher Body in Lansing for a number of years.  He was a member
of St. John the Baptist Church in Hubbardston all his life and was also a past
member of Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Rex (Freda) Bennett of Ionia and many nieces
and nephews.  He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. 

Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic
Church.  Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Hubbardston.  The
family will be at Cook Funeral Home Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m.
and the rosary will be recited Tuesday at 8 p.m.  A memorial for SS. Peter and
Paul’s Education Trust has been established, in care of the funeral home.
