Ann Marie Cusack, 21, of Borden Road, Muir, died July 3 at Munson Hospital,
Traverse City, from injuries received earlier in the day in an automobile
accident.  A senior at Grand Valley State Colleges at Allendale, she was
employed at the Schuss Mountain Resort.  She was born Oct. 9, 1965, in Ionia,
the daughter of Patrick “Quint” and Agnes McGrath Cusack.  She was graduated
from Carson City-Crystal High School in 1983.

Surviving are her parents; three sisters, Gini Pelton of South haven, Rosemary
Cusack of Mesa, Colo., and Rita Cusack of Muir; six brothers, Kevin and Paul of
Grand Rapids; Tim of Allendale; Danny of Carson City, and Ted and Martin of
Muir, a nephew and two nieces.

Funeral mass will be Monday at 11 a.m. from St. John The Baptist Church of
Hubbardston, with the Rev. William Reitz and the Rev. James Cusack as
cocelebrants.  Burial will be in St. John The Baptist Church Cemetery.
