Cremation and burial in Minneapolis will follow the funeral services to be held there. He was a prominent business man in Ionia while associated with the two firms doing business under the names of Ionia Creamery and the Clover Leaf Egg farm. After leaving Ionia, he was identified with the insurance business. The widow and two daughters, Miss Maxine Cutler, and Mrs. Donald Stevens, of Minneapolis, Minn.; a sister, Mrs. Caroline Defendorf, of Ionia, and a brother, F. J. Cutler, of New York, survive.
