MRS. GERTRUDE A. CRAWFORD LAID TO REST HERE

Funeral services were held in Ionia Tuesday for Mrs. Gertrude A. Crawford,
72, who died at her home there.  Burial was in Oakwood cemetery in Lowell.
Mrs. Crawford was born in Lowell, the daughter of Mr. And Mrs. John Kopf,
her father being a pioneer furniture manufacturer here. She was married to
John D. Crawford in 1881.  The couple made their home in Lowell for a time
and then moved to Ionia in 1914.
Surviving are the husband, three children, Donald A, Mrs Harry Lystrup and
Bruce J., of Ionia; two sisters, Mrs. C.E. Hurley of Grand Rapids and Mrs.
Gain W. Bangs of Lowell; and two brothers, S.D. Kopf of Lucedale, Miss, and
Charles Kopf of Middleville.
