MORRIS V. DADD of Fruitport Township.
Died Monday, May 6, 2019-age 93
Born in Orleans, Mi September 1, 1925 to Stephen and Vera (Sharp) Dadd.
Morrie was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp serving in WW II and Korea.
An Electrical Engineer, employed by General Motors and Sealed Power prior to 
retirement in 1985.
Member of Fruitport First Congregational Church, VFW post #446, Fruitport 
Lions Club, & former Board member for Fruitport Planning Committee.
Morrie was a car enthusiast & built his own "kit" car 
Enjoyed  writing Poetry, traveling, dancing & hunting with his sons on his 
property in Irons, MI.
Married Madeline M. Hinken in Fruitport, she survives along with five 
children, five step-children, many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents; two former wives, brother, & two sisters.
Visitation 4-7 p.m. Wednesday May 8 at Fruitport First Congregational Church.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday May 9 at the Church with Rev. Michael Scott 
presiding. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery.
